Procurement & BOM Notes

How Integrated Seam Rail System is sourced

OmniSol sources Integrated Seam Rail System factory-direct as part of the Roof Mounting family, quoted against your project quantity, destination port and the key rating. Pricing and lead time are confirmed by SKU and order size at the RFQ stage, and OmniSol can propose a current-equivalent option if the exact variant is unavailable, so the line stays on schedule.

BOM fit

Integrated Seam Rail System is part of the structural BOM and is sized from the roof or ground layout and the wind and snow load. It consolidates with rails, clamps, fasteners and the rest of the project BOS into one freight-optimised container.

Certification check

Confirm the material certificate, coating thickness and structural standard (AS/NZS 1170, ASCE 7-22 or Eurocode) for the destination before ordering. OmniSol supplies material and surface-treatment reports at RFQ.

Product Overview

The Integrated Seam Rail combines the standing seam clamp and module mounting rail into a single extruded aluminium profile, eliminating the separate two-component assembly of conventional clamp-plus-rail systems on Klip-Lok metal roofs. By engaging the Klip-Lok rib in one step and presenting the module T-slot channel as part of the same extrusion, installation time per module is reduced — particularly on steep-pitch or high-access roofs where component handling is the primary installation time driver.

The profile is designed specifically for Klip-Lok 700 and Klip-Lok 406 pan profiles and is not dimensionally compatible with other seam geometries. Confirm the Klip-Lok variant and module frame width before ordering — the integrated channel accepts 35mm and 40mm frame heights with the same end clamp set, but non-standard module frame dimensions should be verified against the channel opening before committing to a production batch.

Extrusion alloy is EN AW-6005A T5 with a minimum 15μm anodised surface. Stainless steel SUS304 T-bolts and nuts are used at all clamp-to-seam contact points to prevent galvanic corrosion between the aluminium rail and the steel roof deck. For installations within 500m of the coastline, confirm whether a higher anodising thickness or additional sealing treatment is required under the applicable corrosion classification.
