When you send an enquiry, we receive the contact and project information you submit so that we can respond. The enquiry is delivered through our email service provider, EmailJS.

When you send an enquiry, it also includes how you reached our site on that visit: the type of source (for example a search engine or an AI assistant), the page you landed on and the pages you viewed.

Analytics. We use Google Analytics 4 to count visits and see which pages are used. If you visit from the EU, EEA, UK or Switzerland, we only load it after you click "Accept". Until then, no analytics cookies are set, and the visit-source details above are kept only in the open page (not saved on your device) and sent only if you submit a form. We tell where you are from your device time zone; if we cannot tell, we treat you as a visitor from Europe. Visitors from other regions get Google Analytics when the page opens, unless they click "Decline".

Where analytics is on, this website also stores the first visit source and landing page in your browser for up to 90 days, and the current visit source and recent page path for the browser session. It does not store your form answers in that browsing record. The analytics form-submission event carries the channel and landing-page path, not your form message.

You can change your choice at any time with the "Privacy Choices" link at the bottom of every page. If you click "Decline", we stop analytics, delete the stored visit-source details and do not send them with your enquiry; the forms still work. You can also remove stored data through your browser settings.

Google Analytics does not store IP addresses. We keep analytics data for 14 months. We do not use it for ads and we do not sell it. Questions: sales@omnisolglobal.com

OmniSol Global uses Google user data only to send emails that the authorized user initiates through our internal solar lead intelligence workflow.

When you connect a Google account, the application may request permission to send email on your behalf using the Gmail API. We do not sell Google user data. We do not use Google user data for advertising. We do not transfer Google user data to third parties except as required to operate the requested email-sending workflow or comply with law.

The application stores OAuth credentials securely for the purpose of maintaining authorized access. You can revoke access at any time from your Google Account permissions page.
