Incoterms Options
OmniSol can quote under four Incoterms depending on how much logistics coordination the buyer wants to handle.
FOB Xiamen
Best for: Buyers with established freight forwardersMost common for experienced importers. OmniSol delivers to port, buyer controls freight and insurance.

CIF (Port of Destination)
Best for: Buyers who want OmniSol to handle ocean freightOmniSol books freight and insurance to named port. Buyer arranges customs clearance and inland delivery.

DDP (Delivered Duty Paid)
Best for: First-time importers; buyers who want one invoiceOmniSol handles freight, customs, duties, and delivery. One all-in price. Most hands-off for buyer.

EXW (Ex Works)
Best for: Buyers with China freight agentLowest OmniSol price. Buyer takes responsibility from factory gate. Not recommended without a China-based freight agent.

Mixed Container Loading
Combine multiple product categories in one shipment
OmniSol consolidates mounting hardware, BOS accessories (cables, connectors, junction boxes), and third-party sourced inverters or storage systems into a single FCL container. This reduces freight cost and import clearance complexity — one customs entry, one freight invoice, one set of documents for your accounting team.

Lithium Battery DG Handling — Our Process
Class 9 dangerous goods management for all LiFePO4 shipments
Shipping LiFePO4 batteries internationally requires Class 9 dangerous goods handling. OmniSol manages the full compliance chain for every battery shipment.
Documentation prepared per shipment
- UN38.3 test reports for the specific battery SKUs in the order
- IATA/IMDG dangerous goods declarations
- UN3480 (batteries alone) or UN3481 (batteries with equipment) packing marks applied per mode
- MSDS in English; French and Arabic available on request
- Class 9 DG coordination with certified freight forwarders
Shipping modes supported
- Sea freight (FCL and LCL) — standard mode for battery shipments
- Air freight: Cargo Aircraft Only (CAO) per IATA DGR; not available on passenger flights
- Express courier: limited to samples ≤ 100Wh per battery, subject to courier acceptance
DG-related freight differential is quoted as a separate line in the final balance.

All products sourced through OmniSol carry manufacturer warranties. The following ranges reflect standard and extended options available across our supplier network. Specific warranty terms are confirmed in writing at the quotation stage.

Payment Terms
Standard terms for first-order cooperation
First-order cooperation
- T/T: 30% deposit upon order confirmation; 70% against Bill of Lading copy
- L/C at sight: accepted for orders USD 50,000 and above (irrevocable, subject to issuing bank review)
Repeat customers: Payment structure can be adjusted after the first completed order.
Not accepted
D/P, D/A, or post-shipment payment terms on initial orders.
