Incoterms Options
OmniSol can quote under four Incoterms depending on how much logistics coordination the buyer wants to handle.
FOB Xiamen
Best for: Buyers with established freight forwardersMost common for experienced importers. OmniSol delivers to port, buyer controls freight and insurance.

DDP (Delivered Duty Paid)
Best for: First-time importers; buyers who want one invoiceOmniSol handles freight, customs, duties, and delivery. One all-in price. Most hands-off for buyer.

EXW (Ex Works)
Best for: Buyers with China freight agentLowest OmniSol price. Buyer takes responsibility from factory gate. Not recommended without a China-based freight agent.

OmniSol consolidates mounting hardware, BOS accessories (cables, connectors, junction boxes), and third-party sourced inverters or storage systems into a single FCL container. This reduces freight cost and import clearance complexity — one customs entry, one freight invoice, one set of documents for your accounting team.
