Shipping & Export from China

Incoterms options, transit times to 8 major markets, export documentation, FTA duty reduction, and container loading — everything you need to plan a shipment from Xiamen.

Incoterms Options

OmniSol can quote under four Incoterms depending on how much logistics coordination the buyer wants to handle.

FOB Xiamen

Best for: Buyers with established freight forwarders

Most common for experienced importers. OmniSol delivers to port, buyer controls freight and insurance.

Risk transfer: Transfers at port rail  |  Freight: Buyer arranges

CIF (Port of Destination)

Best for: Buyers who want OmniSol to handle ocean freight

OmniSol books freight and insurance to named port. Buyer arranges customs clearance and inland delivery.

Risk transfer: Transfers at destination port  |  Freight: OmniSol arranges

DDP (Delivered Duty Paid)

Best for: First-time importers; buyers who want one invoice

OmniSol handles freight, customs, duties, and delivery. One all-in price. Most hands-off for buyer.

Risk transfer: Transfers at buyer's door  |  Freight: OmniSol arranges all

EXW (Ex Works)

Best for: Buyers with China freight agent

Lowest OmniSol price. Buyer takes responsibility from factory gate. Not recommended without a China-based freight agent.

Risk transfer: Transfers at factory gate  |  Freight: Buyer arranges all

Mixed Container Loading

Combine multiple product categories in one shipment

OmniSol consolidates mounting hardware, BOS accessories (cables, connectors, junction boxes), and third-party sourced inverters or storage systems into a single FCL container. This reduces freight cost and import clearance complexity — one customs entry, one freight invoice, one set of documents for your accounting team.

40HQ Container

  • ~66 CBM usable space
  • Typical 1–2 MW roof mounting kit
  • Includes BOS accessories
  • Max payload ~26,500 kg

LCL (Shared Container)

  • Minimum 1–2 CBM
  • For sampling or small orders
  • Consolidated via Rotterdam/Singapore hub
  • Slower and higher per-CBM cost
