Most buyers here are procuring on behalf of growers rather than growing themselves, which means the paperwork matters as much as the equipment. We treat it that way.

Portable surface kit
Portability is a procurement decision, not a hydraulic one. It costs some efficiency and some robustness, and it buys a system that can be shared between plots and locked away at night.

Buying kits in quantity
What changes when the order is a programme rather than a system.

How are solar pump kits classified?
By how the water is taken and how the pump is installed, rather than by kilowatts: portable surface, submersible, and fixed surface. That ordering is right, because the water source decides the pump type long before the power rating does.
Which kit do I need for a borehole?
A submersible kit. Surface pumps of any power are limited to about 8 m of suction lift by atmospheric pressure, and water in a drilled borehole is rarely within 8 m of the top while pumping. Measure the static water level and that one number settles it.
What is the minimum order for solar pump kits?
We will quote any quantity, but the economics change sharply with volume: on a small shipment freight and documentation are a large share of the landed cost. We will tell you where your quantity lands rather than take an order that disappoints.
Do you supply kits for funded and tendered programmes?
Yes, and that is most of this business. Those buyers need a document pack as much as they need equipment: datasheets, a signed pump curve, module certification, a full bill of materials, drawings and manuals. We coordinate that with the factories and say plainly which items are routine and which need a factory to agree something.
Can kits be branded or configured for a programme?
Within reason. Frame colour, labelling and documentation language are usually straightforward at programme volume. Changes to the pump or controller themselves are a factory conversation and need lead time, so raise them at enquiry rather than at order.
