Product Overview
1500V rated 24-string combiner for the highest string-count configuration in utility-scale 1500V DC PV systems. 24 strings at 1500V provides the maximum string density per combiner unit, minimizing combiner box count and home run cable labor in large arrays.
At 1500V, the 24-string combined output current is lower than in a 1000V system for the same power — the output cable and protection can be sized accordingly. All internal components must be 1500V DC rated.
The 1500V 24-string combiner is used in large centralised inverter blocks where maximum voltage reduces cable cross-section requirements versus 1000V equivalents. At 1500V, equivalent power transfer requires lower current — confirm with the project electrical engineer whether cable cross-section downsizing achieves the target voltage drop.

A single 24-string combiner reduces home run cable count, combiner box mounting, and field wiring labor compared to two 12-string or three 8-string combiners. The tradeoff is a larger single enclosure and higher combined current at the output. Evaluate against the array wiring layout.
