Product Overview
600V rated 3-string combiner for legacy 600V system architecture and small residential ground-mount installations where string voltage remains within 600V. Provides the same per-string fusing and weatherproof junction as the 1000V variant within the 600V voltage class.
As with all 600V-rated equipment, the selection must be based on the maximum string Voc under coldest expected ambient conditions — not the rated module voltage at standard test conditions.
Three-string 600V combiners step between single-MPPT combiners and higher-capacity central combiner designs. Ensure the output cable and fuse rating exceed the combined Isc of all three strings with the required design margin — use a combined Isc calculation that accounts for mismatch and temperature derating.

What is the maximum number of modules per string for a 600V combiner?
The maximum string length depends on module Voc and the minimum expected temperature at the site. A conservative calculation: 600V ÷ module Voc × temperature correction factor. Share the module datasheet and site location at RFQ and we help calculate the string size limit.
Does 3-string combiner include SPD?
SPD is an optional configuration item. Specify whether a DC surge protection device is required inside the combiner at RFQ — this affects both the price and enclosure size.
