Product Overview
Three-string 1000V combiner for small ground-mount installations and commercial rooftop systems where three strings share a conduit run to the inverter. Per-string gPV fuse protection and a combined output switch provide safe disconnection at the array without returning to the inverter location.
At 3 strings × 12A Isc, the 36A combined output fits within standard cable ratings for typical home run conductor sizes, keeping the BOS design simple without an additional output protection device.
Three input strings feeding one inverter MPPT input is a common configuration for small commercial flat-roof arrays where each MPPT input handles a defined roof sub-section. Confirm maximum MPPT input current on the inverter data sheet against the sum of three string Isc values at the expected peak irradiance.

Is 3-string combiner suitable for a residential ground-mount system?
Yes — a 3-string combiner is appropriate for residential ground-mount systems where three string cables need to be safely fused and combined before a single cable run back to the inverter. The IP-rated enclosure handles outdoor installation without an additional box.
What fuse current rating should I specify?
Select the fuse link at no more than 1.25× the string Isc. For modules with 12A Isc, the maximum fuse rating is 15A. Confirm module Isc at RFQ and we specify the correct fuse link for each string input position.
