Product Overview
600V rated 2-string combiner for small residential systems using 600V architecture inverters. Serves the same function as the 1000V variant but is limited to circuits where maximum string Voc does not exceed 600V under the coldest expected conditions.
For any system with modern 1000V-input inverters, the 1000V variant is the correct selection even if the calculated string Voc is well below 600V — inverter nameplate voltage determines the system design voltage, not the typical operating point.
Two-string 600V combiners join two parallel string circuits into one combiner output, halving the cable home-run count in legacy system architectures. At 600V, this unit suits residential systems with older string inverters or retrofit applications where the existing inverter MPPT input is limited to 600V.

Is 600V combiner rated for a 6-module string at 48V Vmp per module?
Six 48V Vmp modules produce approximately 288V Vmp. Voc will be higher — typically 1.15 to 1.20× Vmp, giving around 330-346V Voc per string. A 600V combiner provides adequate margin for this configuration under most temperature conditions.
What IP rating is the enclosure?
Confirm from the product datasheet — outdoor combiner boxes should be IP54 minimum. Share the installation environment at RFQ and we confirm the appropriate rating.
