Site conditions that change the specification
These are the local conditions we allow for at sizing, rather than discover at commissioning.
| 50 °C ambient is a design case, not an extreme | Air inside a closed cabinet runs well above outside air. We size against a working limit at the drive air inlet and do not assume continuous operation at the top of the range. Shade or ventilation for the cabinet is a decision to make before the equipment room is built. |
| Cold mornings still set the string length | Desert nights are cold, and open-circuit voltage rises as modules cool. The longest string you can build is decided by the record low, not by the average. |
| Dust and soiling | Array cleaning is a scheduled maintenance item here, not an occasional one. It affects yield more than most design choices do. |
| Enclosure rating | IP54 suits an equipment room or a sheltered position. A cabinet standing fully exposed needs a higher rating, and that is a different cabinet rather than a different label. |
Import and compliance
What we can provide is factory documentation. What has to be arranged in Saudi Arabia is arranged by you or your customs agent, and we would rather set that out clearly than let it surface at the port.

Selection, sizing, drawings, document packs and troubleshooting by message or call. That is real support, and it is not the same as someone arriving at the farm.

Do you install or commission in Saudi Arabia?
No. Everything is made in China and ships from a Chinese port. We do not keep crews, stock or an office in the Kingdom. Installation, wiring and commissioning are done by a contractor you appoint, and we support them remotely with drawings, sizing and troubleshooting.
What size systems do you usually supply here?
Saudi projects tend to be three-phase drive cabinets from around 22 kW upwards, because the wells are deep and the flows are large. Smaller DC systems exist but they are the exception on agricultural sites in this market.
Can you quote in a way that compares with a local turnkey price?
We quote equipment FOB China, line by line. A local turnkey price includes freight, duty, installation and commissioning, so the two are not directly comparable until those are added. We will say plainly what is not in our number so the comparison is honest.
