JKM66HL5-BDV is Jinko Solar's fifth-generation Tiger Neo high-power module — 700–720W — from a 66-cell format that earlier generations produced at 600W. This generation-on-generation power increase of approximately 20% translates directly to fewer modules per MW, with proportionate reductions in racking components, cable runs and DC string counts.
At 700W+, this panel is designed for utility-scale projects using 1500 V DC architecture, high-voltage string inverters and 16–24 input combiner boxes. String current is high; DC cable sizing and fuse ratings should be calculated against the module Isc at the site's maximum irradiance before specifying BOS protection components.
OmniSol supplies JKM66HL5-BDV for large-scale procurement with a coordinated 1500 V BOS package — high-current DC cable, combiner boxes, DC MCCBs and SPD — sized to match the module's electrical characteristics.
