TOPHiKu6 delivers N-type TOPCon efficiency in the standard 60-cell 2278×1134 mm form factor — 570–595W — bridging the gap between the mono PERC HiKu6 and the glass-glass bifacial TOPBiHiKu6. Higher cell efficiency and a lower temperature power coefficient make TOPHiKu6 a strong choice for hot-climate markets where PERC modules show measurable midday yield loss.
TOPCon cell technology reduces light-induced degradation (LID) compared to mono PERC, supporting a higher linear power guarantee over the module's 30-year service life. At 570–595W from the same 2278 mm frame as the HiKu6, upgrading to TOPCon adds energy yield without changing the mounting rail layout.
OmniSol matches TOPHiKu6 with standard 2278 mm-compatible aluminium rail systems, 4 mm² PV cable and 1000 V or 1500 V DC protection. Destination certifications (IEC, TUV, CE) and connector type should be confirmed before cable assembly procurement.
