Entry-level off-grid and hybrid solar system designed for rural and peri-urban homes in markets with unreliable or absent grid supply. Covers basic household loads with 1.6kWp of generation and 2.4kWh of LiFePO4 storage.

What loads can a 1.5kVA solar kit run in a typical Nigerian home?

A 1.5kVA kit with 2.4kWh LiFePO4 storage covers basic loads: 4 LED lights (6h/night), 2 ceiling fans (8h), a 32-inch TV (4h) and phone charging. Total daily consumption is approximately 1.4–1.6kWh. Air conditioning is not supported at this capacity — use the 5kVA kit for AC loads.

What is the shipping classification for the 1.5kVA kit battery?

The 48V 50Ah LiFePO4 battery is classified as UN3480 (lithium ion batteries) for sea freight. We provide a full Dangerous Goods Declaration (DGD), UN38.3 test report and MSDS with every shipment. Many freight forwarders in Lagos and Tema handle this classification routinely.

Is a SONCAP-certified inverter available for this kit?

SONCAP certification status is confirmed per SKU at RFQ stage. Please flag Nigeria as your destination when submitting your request and we will check current certification status for the proposed inverter model. SONCAP-eligible alternatives are offered where the standard model has not yet been certified.
